It is a specialty store of roasted caramel pudding. It opened its first directly-operated store in Tokyo Station in July last year🗼✨!

The signature dessert is the grilled caramel pudding "BRULEE CREAM TARTE (ブリュレクリームタルト)", which uses smooth and tender brulee made from vanilla from Madagascar and is put into the tart shell and then grilled.

The caramel pudding melts in your mouth and is filled with the aroma of lamb. It goes very well with the crispy tart crust, and there is a little surprise of caramel sauce inside too🍮! The whole taste is sweet and fragrant, and it's addictive~
