在 Evri 自取點取件 / Collect Your Order at an Evri Pickup Point

下單時，您可以選擇將包裹送往附近的 Evri 自取點，而非您的家庭地址。如果您不常在家接收包裹，這是非常方便的選擇。

When placing your order, you can choose to have it delivered to a convenient Evri pickup point near you — instead of your home address. This is perfect if you're not always in to receive deliveries.

操作步驟 / How It Works

  1. 將商品加入購物車並前往結帳。Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. 在運送步驟，選擇「送往自取點」作為配送方式。
    At the Shipping step, select "Ship to a pickup point" as your delivery method.
  3. 地圖將會顯示 — 輸入您的郵遞區號以查找附近的 Evri ParcelShop 和儲物櫃。
    A map will appear — enter your postcode to find nearby Evri ParcelShops and lockers.
  4. 選擇您偏好的自取點並完成訂單。
    Select your preferred pickup point and complete your orderz

 

Evri 自取點類型 / Types of Evri Pickup Points

  • ParcelShop 合作店舖 — Evri 網絡中的本地便利店及零售商。取件前請確認其營業時間。
    ParcelShops — local convenience stores and retailers in the Evri network. Check their opening hours before collecting.
  • 儲物櫃 Lockers — 全天候 24/7 自助儲物櫃，位於超市、購物中心及交通樞紐附近。
    Lockers — self-service lockers available 24/7, located near supermarkets, shopping centres, and transport hubs.

取件須知 / Collecting Your Parcel

  • 包裹送達自取點後，您將收到電郵或短訊通知。
    You'll receive an email or SMS notification once your parcel arrives at the pickup point.
  • 取件時請攜帶您的通知及有效附照片身份證明文件。
    Bring your notification and a valid photo ID when collecting.
  • 包裹通常保留 5 天 — 請在此期限內取件。
    Parcels are typically held for 5 days — please collect within this window.
