什麼是「世介」購物金？/ What is Store Credit?

「世介」購物金是我們存入您帳戶的金額，可在下次購物時直接抵扣。

Store credit is an amount we add to your account that can be used as payment on your next order.

如何查看您的「世介」購物金餘額 / How to Check Your Store Credit Balance

  1. 登入您的帳戶。
    Log in to your account.
  2. 前往「帳戶」頁面。
    Go to your Account page.
  3. 您的「世介」購物金餘額將顯示在帳戶摘要中。
    Your store credit balance will be shown in your account summary.

如何在結帳時使用「世介」購物金 / How to Use Store Credit at Checkout

  1. 將商品加入購物車並前往結帳。
    Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. 確保您已登入帳戶（「世介」購物金只適用於已登入的帳戶）。
    Make sure you are logged in to your account (store credit is only available when logged in).
  3. 在結帳頁面，您將看到「使用「世介」購物金」的選項，顯示您的可用餘額。
    At checkout, you will see an option to "Apply store credit" showing your available balance.
  4. 勾選或點擊以套用「世介」購物金，金額將自動從訂單總額中扣除。
    Check or click to apply the store credit — the amount will automatically be deducted from your order total.
  5. 如「世介」購物金不足以支付全部金額，您可以使用其他付款方式支付餘額。
    If your store credit doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

注意事項 / Important Notes

  • 「世介」購物金不可兌換現金，只能用於在本店購物。
    Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for purchases in our store.
  • 「世介」購物金不可轉讓至其他帳戶。
    Store credit is non-transferable between accounts.
  • ⚠️ 「世介」購物金可能設有有效期限，請留意我們發出的通知或電郵，以確認您的購物金到期日。逾期未使用的購物金將會失效。
    ⚠️ Store credit may have a validity period. Please check the notification or email we sent you to confirm your credit's expiry date. Unused store credit will expire after the validity period.
